Admissions CRM
Track inquiries through application, review, shortlist, acceptance, enrollment, waitlist or rejection. Use table and Kanban views, follow-up reminders, interviews and conversion checklists.
The platform
Explore the workflows available across the application, from student intake and daily teaching to finance and campus services.
01 / People & admissions
Track inquiries through application, review, shortlist, acceptance, enrollment, waitlist or rejection. Use table and Kanban views, follow-up reminders, interviews and conversion checklists.
Maintain student and guardian details, enrollment history and documents with branch and academic-session context. Open individual profiles from the student directory.
Manage staff profiles, staff attendance and leave requests. Configure salary structures and assignments, calculate payroll and prepare printable payslips. Salary commitments and paid expenses remain distinct.
02 / Academics
Load a class roll, mark attendance and review attendance summaries. Teachers work with assigned classes; parents see attendance for their linked children.
Prepare lesson plans with objectives, activities and assessments. Publish homework and class diary entries, work with assigned classes and submit personal leave requests.
Manage the school timetable and make the selected child’s timetable available in the parent portal.
Set up examinations and schedules, enter marks, publish results and preview or download school-branded report cards.
Explore executive, attendance, fee, examination, admission, HR, finance, library and transport reports. Interpret each metric in its displayed period and scope.
03 / Fees & finance
Configure fee structures, review student fee accounts and outstanding dues, record payments, issue receipts and manage concession requests.
Record vendor expenses, approve or reject pending requests, review budgets and ledgers, and use reconciliation and accounting export workflows.
Razorpay checkout and reconciliation use each school’s configured integration. Provider verification binds payments to the stored order, amount and currency; duplicate callbacks are handled without double credit.
04 / Campus operations
Maintain a searchable catalogue and copies, issue and return books, review overdue loans and fines, and export catalogue data.
Manage items and stock locations, create purchase requests and record stock movements with an operational history.
Record infirmary visits, student health profiles and medicines. Access depends on administrative permissions; a dedicated infirmary role is not currently included.
Manage buildings, rooms, resident allocations and daily check-in/out. Track room capacity and overdue returns. Hostel fees, mess billing and room-transfer workflows are outside the current module.
Register visitors, print badges and record exits. Review gate-pass requests, verify approved pickups, record student handover and return, and maintain guardian pickup authorizations.
05 / Transport
Maintain vehicles, routes, stops and student transport assignments. Review route utilization and vehicle readiness in the school’s branch and session.
Review campus coordinates and timings, verified student locations and transport opt-in. Select buses, ride duration and optional shared-stop radius, then generate separate pickup and drop drafts.
Inspect occupancy, stop order and unassigned exceptions. Reopen saved drafts and download school-branded planning packs with driver sheets, rosters and structured data. Estimated plans include an offline geographic preview.
An implemented pilot uses Google road data with OR-Tools. It requires operator-configured school keys, browser configuration and billing. Live provider acceptance is pending. Google-derived routes and timing data are excluded from permanent plan packs.
Draft plans require transport-team review. They do not publish live assignments, track buses, incorporate live traffic or certify safe school-bus access.
06 / Parents & communication
Switch between authorized linked children to view attendance, fee dues, exams, class diary, homework, timetable, announcements and issued documents. This is a responsive web portal; a native app-store application is not claimed.
Submit student leave and gate-pass requests, book or cancel available parent-teacher meetings, and review request history. Availability and actions follow the school’s workflow rules.
Manage channel and category preferences, quiet hours, and SMS/WhatsApp consent. School-owned WhatsApp and MSG91 integrations need credentials and approved templates; live delivery depends on provider setup.
Configuration matters
Module availability depends on the school’s enabled features and user permissions. Payment, messaging and optional map providers need their own configuration and acceptance checks.
